We accept return requests under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
• The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging (for non-defective returns).

Because Future Gut is a consumable health product, we're unable to accept returns for:

• Opened or partially used products (unless defective or damaged)
• Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
• Change of mind after the order has shipped

Email us at info@fablebiome.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. A photo helps a lot if there's visible damage.

We'll respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide next steps. We don't make you chase us.

If approved, we'll send a prepaid return label (for defective or incorrect orders) or return shipping instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We don't process direct exchanges at this time. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll issue a refund or ship a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed, before fulfillment begins.
