Where We Ship

We currently ship throughout the United States. We also offer shipping to select international countries shown at checkout. If your country does not appear, it means we are not yet able to ship there.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday 9am-5pm PST, within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

During product launches, restocks, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We always work to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times

United States
Standard: 5 to 10 business days
Express: 1 to 3 business days

International (select countries)
Standard: 7 to 21 business days
Express: 3 to 7 business days when available

Delivery timelines can vary based on location, customs processing, weather, and carrier delays.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours.

Pre-Orders

Preorder items will show the estimated ship date on the product page and in your confirmation email.

If an order contains both preorder and in stock items, the entire order will ship together unless otherwise noted.

If unexpected manufacturing or customs delays occur, customers will be notified by email with updated delivery estimates.

My order says 'delivered' but I haven't received it - help!

That's frustrating and we totally understand. First, check around your building, with neighbors, or with building management.

If it's still nowhere to be found, email us at info@fablebiome.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Customers, Duties & Import Fees

For US orders, duties and taxes are typically not applicable.

For future international shipments, customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. We'll always be upfront about this as we expand into new markets.

Returns

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns on opened items.

Cancellations

We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible once an order is confirmed. If you need to make a change, email us at info@fablebiome.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
